Domestic Orders:
- All orders are subject to 2-5 business day processing and handling time. This time frame may change unexpectedly and without notice depending on Salemonster.com order fluctuation.
- Salemonster.com business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST.
- The time frame stated on the shipping page is the estimated "transportation" time from the Salemonster.com warehouse to the order shipping address. This time frame is not calculated by Salemonster.com, but is estimated from the shipping transporter (i.e. USPS, UPS, etc.). Salemonster.com cannot and will not guarantee any shipping and handling time frame estimates.
- Salemonster.com is not responsible for any theft or damages once the package is delivered.
Returns of Domestic (U.S.) & International Orders:
All sales are Final Sale . We do not Accept any returns. Please purchase only if you are 100% sure as there will be no returns and exchange.

- All international sales are final. Please also note Salemonster.com is not responsible for any custom fees that apply to any orders, lost or stolen and/or unclaimed packages. If the package is not claimed and is sent back to Salemonster.com, Salemonster.com will not refund the shipping and the customer will be charged shipping again if re-shipped. All international orders are shipped through USPS, FedEx or UPS.
