Domestic Orders:

• All orders are subject to 2-5 business day processing and handling time.  This time frame may change unexpectedly and without notice depending on Salemonster.com order fluctuation.  

• Salemonster.com business hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST.

• The time frame stated on the shipping page is the estimated "transportation" time from the Salemonster.com warehouse to the order shipping address. This time frame is not calculated by Salemonster.com, but is estimated from the shipping transporter (i.e. USPS, UPS, etc.). Salemonster.com cannot and will not guarantee any shipping and handling time frame estimates.

• Salemonster.com is not responsible for any theft or damages once the package is delivered.

International Orders:

• All orders are subject to 2-5 business day processing and handling time.  This time frame may change unexpectedly and without notice depending on Salemonster.com order fluctuation.  

• Depending on your country location, International Orders can take between 3 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Returns of Domestic (U.S.) & International Orders:

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please include proof of purchase, and ensure the item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Why Cosmetics Cannot Be Returned

  Due to strict health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on cosmetic items — even if they appear unopened or unused. This ensures that all customers receive products that are hygienic, uncontaminated, and handled only once from our warehouse to you.

• Underwear & Swimwear – Considered intimate apparel, returns are not accepted to maintain health and hygiene standards.

International Duties and Customs Policy

International Orders:
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and local fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly to your country’s customs office upon delivery.
